Loyalty to God
It is impossible to study the person of Elijah – God’s prophet of fury – and be bored! The passion and power of the man leave no room for a yawn. From the moment he arrives on the scriptural scene until he is taken up, Elijah demands our full attention and our deepest respect. Like few others in the history of this world, he stood all alone, answering only to God for his remarkable words and works.
