What is Network? - The Network News - Upcoming Network Events Network is Randall’s church-wide approach to helping people becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ, plugged into fruitful and fulfilling service based on their spiritual gifts, personal passions and personality types. Network is a tool to enable us to stimulate gift-based ministry which, after all, is the way God designed His church to work. Network helps believers understand that each individual is uniquely made by God and has a unique contribution to make in the body of Christ. Network helps mobilize all who attend Randall to a place of meaningful service. Individual believers, from old to young, and from pastoral staff to new members, are encouraged to journey through a “hands-on” Network “Discovery” Seminar in which each participant identifies the three elements of his or her unique “Servant Profile”: their Passion (where they are motivated to serve), their Spiritual Gifts (what they are equipped to do), and their Personal Style (how they can best serve). The Seminar also teaches what God’s design for the church is, and the role each believer plays in that design. The Seminar is especially helpful for those who are searching for their place of service, and is also helpful by way of review and confirmation for those people who are already aware of their spiritual gifts and are presently using them. Network Discovery Seminars are held several times each year. In addition to the Seminar, individuals from the Network Team consult with those who have completed the Seminar to assist them in finding their places of ministry. The Network Team also assists ministry leaders in identifying people who might fit available openings in their particular ministries. The goal of Network is that each person attending Randall might find and know the joy of service as a result of identifying their servant profiles, and that the work of God’s Kingdom would involve service and ministries that involve the right people in the right places for the right reasons. "Network Discovery Seminar" - Plans are being made for the next Seminar to be held during the Bible School hour during the months of July and August 2008.
