One of the values we have at Randall reflects the need to put hands, feet and voice to what we believe:
We live out our local and global responsibility to introduce Jesus to those who do not know Him.
We have been given the delightful responsibility to share the good news about Jesus. In what is called "The Great Commission," Jesus says:
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." -Matthew 28:19-20
These verses tell us that Christianity is not a lethargic faith, but rather one that is on the move. It is to be lived out in the communities in which we move and live. It is a matter of using the resources we have been given - spiritually and physically - in order to know the pleasure of seeing people come to have a relationship with Jesus.
Our mission emphasis theme for 2007 is "We are His Hands" Because we want to acknowledge that our faith asks us to meet the practical needs of those that live around us. When we do so, it communicates the love of Jesus in a powerful way and builds the kingdom of God for His glory.

Vision Statement
Randall Baptist Church Board of Missions
We will commit ourselves to mission education.
We will inform our congregation about our ambassadors and the field where they serve.
We will emphasize mission education in all our youth programs
We will participate in our local ministries.
We will inform the congregation who are potential candidates for the mission field.
We will encourage and nurture those of our congregation who have shown interest in full time service to the Lord.
We will faithfully support and encourage our current family of ambassadors.
Regarding our college mission outreach, we will give priority to our involvement with international students. Through programs such as friendship partners, we will seek to evangelize and disciple international students returning to their own countries. We realize that these students can be ambassadors in countries where Western Christians would not be allowed.
As we have opportunity to support new ambassadors, we will direct our attention to those who are involved in planting churches where there presently are none and support those translating scripture into languages where there presently are no Bibles.
Finally, we will commit ourselves to a renewed emphasis on prayer for our ambassadors, for the fields in which they serve and for our church's greater involvement in the Great Commission.
