If Wiggles, Veggie Tales, tantrums, nap time, nursing and potty training are all in your vocabulary and crayons, sippy cups, diapers, Barbie shoes and matchbox cars are in your purse… then you need to be at Randall MOPS!

What is MOPS?
MOPS stands for "Mothers Of Preschoolers."  If you have children ages birth through kindergarten, or are pregnant, you qualify as a MOPS and are welcome to participate in our MOPS meetings.

Women in MOPS come from different backgrounds, denominations and lifestyles, practice unique styles of mothering, and have a variety of interests.  Yet all MOPS moms have similar needs and a shared desire to be the best mother they can be.

Our MOPS program is an official charter of the MOPS national organization. You can visit their website at www.mops.org.  MOPS International has been around for 25 years.  There are about 2000 MOPS groups across the country and around the world.  There are many different types of meetings, a web site, on-line store, and now a magazine especially for MOPS.

MOPS was started to help moms because they have needs too.  They need understanding, encouragement, time out, and help.  They need to know that mothering matters, and mothers matter.  MOPS is here to nurture the nurturer.

MOPS groups are run by mothers of preschoolers and are designed to help mothers build relationships and to reach out to each other with understanding, sharing, and encouragement.

What about our children?
Quality and loving care is provided for the children (birth - kindergarten) during the meetings, through the MOPPETS program.  Children will participate in a fun and educational program that includes a snack and a simple activity or craft.  They will be properly supervised and cared for while interacting with children their own age.

MOPS Mentoring.

MOPS Mentors are experienced mothers who help new moms grow personally and as parents. Through the relationships built in MOPS groups, mentors share wisdom from their own experience and practical and meaningful ways to fulfill the varied roles of mother, woman, and wife.

When does MOPS meet?
