Paul J. Decker, Senior Pastor. B.A., Nyack College, 1980; M. Div., Conservative Baptist Seminary of the East, 1990.  D. Min. Candidate, Denver Seminary.  Ordained in 1984 under the auspices of the Conservative Baptists of New York State, he began his ministry with Randall in 1997.

Paul is married to Dondra (née Plyler) and has four children: James (JJ), Grace, Elizabeth, and Joel. He is a native western New Yorker, having grown up in nearby Genesee County. He has also served in churches in Little Falls, NY; Metuchen, NJ (near NYC); and Souderton, PA (north of Philadelphia).  Community involvement includes coaching soccer teams in the Amherst association and volunteering at Williamsville South school store.
